Vi have booked the castle church, slottskyrkan, in Kalmar for the ceremony and we'll get married at 14.30!!! We already booked it in June right after Joachim proposed. We were in sweden at the time and Inez always thought that the time she'd get married, it would be back home in Holland, but after seeing the church, the castle and the lovely view in Kalmar we decided to try to book this lovely church... and we got our weddingdate!!

The next step was the location for the evening.and we were lucky beeing out early. we got the location we wanted. Skællby gård... Right after we booked there were other couples trying to book the place, but no no..... It's ours for the big day!

Next step-photographer... with help of Joachim's mum we found a photographer. We went to his house an afternoon to check out about his work, what kind of pictures he takes and other photoshoots he'd shot of other weddings.. There was no doubt! We wanted him to be our photographer:-) So we booked him for the big day!

Since then we have booked a DJ and the next project is checking out the different menues... We will come back later to tell you what kind of choice we made and of course we'll be needing some feedback from you if there are vegetarians along the quests...

Just one more thing... Inez bought her weddingdress!!! It's a Maggie Sottero dress. Which model will be a secret, but it's a really nice dress and  I can't wait to wear it:-)  !!!
